She also handles shipping, logistics, and a lot of the behind-the-scenes systems that keep orders moving from your screen to your doorstep. So yes — even this website is family-made.
Even the kids get in on it.
Depending on the day, they might be organizing supplies, sorting materials, helping with simple artwork tasks, cleaning up around the shop, organizing packaging — or finding some other way to pitch in.
